Job summary

Flyper in Abu-Dhabi is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the team. You will carry out financial analysis, prepare and monitor financial plans, and help develop strategies to improve performance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and at least 1 year of experience with budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; budgeting and forecasting experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing financial data and preparing reports to enable effective decision making
• Developing strategies that help improve the organization's financial performance
• Monitoring budget performance and providing advice on how to maximize cost savings
• Identifying the potential risks associated with various business decisions and suggesting ways to limit those risks
• Preparing forecasts of future revenue, expenses, cash flows etc.
• Analyzing changes in the industry or market that will affect the company’s financial performance
• Comparing actual results with plans/forecasts and reporting on any variances
