Primary Duties

• Draft and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.


• Conduct variance analyses comparing actual financial results against budgets, forecasts, and historical performance.


• Build ad hoc financial models and quantitative analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives and operational trends.


• Coordinate the annual budgeting cycle by managing timelines, compiling inputs, and validating departmental assumptions.


• Maintain planning platforms (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency.


• Conduct cash flow modeling and reporting to inform liquidity planning and capital allocation decisions.


• Identify process improvements in data collection, reporting structures, and financial analysis frameworks.

Skills & Experience Required

• Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline.


• Work Background: 3+ years of corporate finance, FP&A, accounting, or investment banking experience; prior exposure to private equity‑backed environments is preferred.


• Technical Mastery: Advanced MS Excel capabilities (financial modeling, complex formulas, data analysis); experience with planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Anaplan) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.


• Location Requirements: Remote, United States.
