About the Programme

This is a full-time, international opportunity designed for candidates committed to long-term success in financial services.

• Initial 6–8 week intensive training programme in Malta (next intake January 2027)
• Progression into a full-time advisory role in Dubai or other global offices
• Full relocation and onboarding support provided
• Access to ongoing training, mentorship, and development frameworks

Over the past two decades, this programme has produced a strong pipeline of professionals across wealth management, business development, and financial advisory, many of whom now operate successfully across international markets.
