Wealth Manager / Independent Financial Advisor Opportunity in Dubai

Our client is a borderless Independent Financial Advisory (IFA) practice based in Dubai, built to support experienced advisors in growing and scaling their business. Operating on a fee and commission basis, the firm provides a flexible, high-performance platform with no ceiling on earning potential, supported by strong internal infrastructure and a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise clients on a range of financial planning areas including: lump sum investments, retirement planning, education fee funding, life insurance, estate and inheritance tax planning.
• Conduct detailed financial planning analysis
• Meet clients regularly to assess evolving financial needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your client base
• Lead and manage support staff such as Business Development Managers or Paraplanners

What’s on Offer

Salary & Commission

• Base salary of AED 12,000 per month
• Commission structure:
• £0–100K revenue: 30%
• £101K–£250K revenue: 35%
• £251K+ revenue: 40%
• Cold and SMF business: 40%
