Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Finance transformation programs. You will manage end-to-end lifecycles, drive cross-functional collaboration across Finance, IT, Treasury, and Accounting, and ensure timely delivery of high-visibility initiatives.

The role requires PMP and experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methods, strong stakeholder management at senior levels, and a track record of delivering large-scale finance projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• PRINCE2, CSM, PSM, or other Agile certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Hybrid approaches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, and other business functions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and present project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Lead crisis management and rapidly resolve project challenges to maintain delivery momentum.
• Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practices, project standards, and governance across Finance-led programs.
