Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a preference for Accounting or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Order Booking for contracts considering the relevant documentation.
• Follow-up on order bookings and country support.
• Extract Order booking reports in SAP.
• Provide relevant information to Accounting regarding month closing.
• Coordinate with Logistics for timely cost bookings.
• Coordinate with Accounting for necessary journal vouchers.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
