Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents.
• Record, store, analyze computerized financial information.
• Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute financial reports and payroll-related data.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and statements.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments and support team goals.
