Job summary

ICE MIDDLE EAST CONSULTANCY LLC is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and generate financial reports in Abu Dhabi.

The role supports budgeting and project expenditure tracking to ensure healthy cash flow, with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and CPA/CMA certification being advantageous; 2–6 years in accounting is preferred. This on-site position offers growth in a dynamic sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification is advantageous.
• 2–6 years of progressive accounting and project coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments to maintain healthy cash flow
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies accurately
• Prepare and analyze financial reports including budget vs. actual variance analysis and profitability statements for management
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking project expenditures against allocated funds
