Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Record income and expenditure in financial management system.
  • Draft and prepare price quotations and manage invoice approvals.
  • Provide administrative support to the Experience Design Manager.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain relationships.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist with financial documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of invoicing, payment tracking, and expense reconciliation
Familiarity with procurement workflows and vendor coordination
Proficient in ERP/CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high accuracy

Education
