Job summary

Cognita is seeking a Business Insight Analyst to partner with our Finance and People teams, turning data into meaningful insights that drive performance. You will develop and maintain powerful Power BI dashboards, analyse data from Databricks, and blend financial and workforce metrics for a holistic view.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, apply Agile methods, and contribute to AI-powered self-service analytics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in a business-facing analyst, insight or BI role.
• Experience partnering with finance, HR or people data.
• Strong Power BI skills to build and maintain dashboards/reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Analyse data directly from the Databricks platform.
• Combine financial and workforce metrics for a holistic performance view.
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
