Qualifications

• Fresh graduate, preferably in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Order Booking for contracts considering the relevant documentation.
• Follow-up on order bookings and country support.
• Extract Order booking reports in SAP.
• Provide Accounting with information regarding month closing.
• Coordinate with Logistics for timely cost bookings.
• Coordinate with Accounting for required journal vouchers.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work independently and in a team

Good communication skills

Education
