Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar finance role, preferably in community management.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage Service Charge budgets for Community/Owners Associations.
  • Monitor service charge collections and accounts payable.
  • Secure RERA approvals and coordinate audits.
  • Oversee financial statements, bank reconciliations, and VAT returns.
  • Lead the finance team and present financial insights to stakeholders.
