Dubai Holding Land Estates seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead land bank accounting, budgeting and reporting. You will review transactions, monitor budgets and capex, maintain reconciliations, and prepare key schedules while aligning with group policies.

Ideal candidates have CA/ACCA/CPA, 5–7 years in corporate finance, and strong Excel/ERP (SAP or Oracle) skills to support decision making and governance.

Qualificações

• CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred with 5–7 years of experience.
• Deep understanding of real estate accounting and regulatory matters.
• Minimum 2 years in corporate finance, land banking, budgeting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and ERP experience (SAP or Oracle) required.

Responsabilidades

• Review all land bank accounting and related transactions.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, capex and forecasting.
• Maintain land bank reconciliations and financial records.
• Develop capex budgets and ensure data integrity per policies.
• Prepare schedules (IP/PHDS) and liaise with auditors and external advisors.
• Design and implement land bank policies and cost models.
• Produce monthly project dashboards for cost and salesStatus.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
