Job summary

Moledao is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and controls in a Dubai-based role. You will lead a small team of three, ensure IFRS compliance, and partner with senior management to drive financial performance.

The role requires strong technical accounting expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership. On-site work in Dubai is essential, with a competitive base salary and a generous bonus plan based on base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience in budgeting, FP&A, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-/year-end closings.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and timely financial information across the business.
• Ensure IFRS compliance where relevant and adherence to policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and stakeholder reporting.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and performance monitoring.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and document support for review.
