Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 transactions advisory, corporate finance, consulting, or corporate development.
• Proven ability to conduct financial due diligence on acquisition targets.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess new investment opportunities through market research, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Support negotiations with advisors, bankers, and legal teams on partnerships and M&A transactions.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processes, from evaluation to post-deal integration.
• Build and maintain financial models for investments and projects.
• Conduct pre- and post-investment reviews of major capital expenditure projects.
