Job summary

ACOUP is seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a sharp commercial focus to lead finance operations for a workforce outsourcing business in the UAE. You will manage day-to-day financials, client invoicing, and compliance across multiple contracts, ensuring accurate reporting and strong controls.

The role requires 7–10 years of finance experience, CMA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent, and prior exposure to employment outsourcing or HR outsourcing.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience with at least 3 years in a finance management role.
• Mandatory prior experience in employment outsourcing or HR outsourcing.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance and accounting operations including general ledger and reconciliations.
• Oversee monthly/annual close, management accounts, and financial statements.
• Handle client invoicing, billing accuracy, collections, and receivables.
• Ensure accurate billing of costs, management fees, mobilisation charges with ops teams.
• Monitor expenses, margins, profitability, and financial exposure across client projects.
• Lead cash flow forecasting, banking transactions, and liquidity management.
• Establish financial controls and approval procedures to minimise credit risk.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and regulations.
• Support management with financial planning and pricing decisions.
