Job Purpose

This role will be an integral member of the team based in Saudi Arabia with responsibility for the overall management of the operations relating to the aftermarket division in Saudi Arabia. This role accepts full responsibility for the period-end close process relating to the aftermarket division. The role will require strong financial support and application of accounting governance; having a good grip on accounting standards relating to revenue recognition is a key requirement. The individual will ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabia legal and regulatory requirements. This role also requires working closely with the operations team of the aftermarket division to ensure that the KPIs and operational performance targets are achieved.

Job Description
  • Business Partner to project and functional managers regarding project costing, forecasting, budget preparation & reporting
  • Support the Sr Finance manager in various activities (monthly reporting, ad hoc financial analysis, forecasts, etc.)
  • Manage forecasting of revenue, margin, and invoicing for the entire Aftermarket business monthly
  • Identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvements
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure benefits are delivered
  • Identify and analyze any cost overruns in the aftermarket division
  • Maximize cash flow and performance of the division by implementing strong financial controls
  • Maintain compliance with financial standards and participate in audits
  • Prepare monthly forecasts focusing on the Aftermarket legal entity
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and review quarterly P&L statements
  • Review asset utilization to ensure proper use of all assets

Review and control bank payments, invoices, etc.

Must have:

• An accounting qualification. Solid knowledge of revenue & margin recognition, invoicing, cash flow, and working capital is required. Experience in project accounting, preferably within manufacturing, is a plus.

• Familiarity with IFRS and strong Excel skills are essential.

• Knowledge of SAP ERP system is advantageous.

• Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
