Role Overview

We are hiring a Finance Executive to manage receivables, payables, cash flow and compliance while ensuring accuracy in financial operations. The role will support leadership with timely insights and reports while coordinating closely with the accounts and bookkeeping team on Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable and ensure timely client collections.
  • Manage accounts payable and vendor payments with accuracy.
  • Track and reconcile bank accounts, invoices and expenses using Xero.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and prepare forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of revenues, costs and operating expenses.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Ensure VAT and corporate tax compliance in the UAE.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 2–4 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in consulting or SME environments.
  • Proficiency in Xero and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of receivables, payables, reconciliations and cash flow.
