Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Mandatory experience within Dubai government or a Dubai government entity.
• Previous experience as a finance director, financial controller, head of finance, or similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of government budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and governance.
• Excellent understanding of financial controls, expenditure management, and compliance.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset.
• Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities
