The position involves preparing management reports, cash flow planning, and contributing to system and process improvements, including SAP-based reporting and group-wide reporting updates.

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts with timely, structured reporting.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly management reports and variance analyses.
• Advise on working capital planning and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Support pricing analysis, stock and receivables evaluation, and capex reviews.
• Assist in year-end audit activities and financial accounting processes.
• Act as SAP user and contribute to group reporting updates.

Job description

The Financial Analyst provides crucial analytical, commercial, and informational support to the management team to facilitate performance reviews, operational decision-making, and improvement plans, aiming to meet profitability and financial objectives. The role is pivotal in supporting the organization's growth and strategic initiatives, utilizing financial data to drive informed decisions across multiple divisions and functions.

What You Will Do:

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Prepare Annual Budgets and Periodic Forecasts ensuring adherence to agreed timelines. Provide quality support and data to the management team with accurate and structured reporting. Assist management in understanding financial metrics.

MIS and Management Reporting:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations. Support Management in divisional performance reviews and variance analysis. Coordinate and support Finance Team in GL review and accounting-related issues.

Working Capital and Cashflow Management:

Advise Finance Head on working capital planning. Prepare monthly cash flow statements and forecasts.

Commercial Support:

Provide analytical support in evaluating pricing for specific deals, stock and receivables analysis, and capex evaluations.

Financial Accounting:

Support year-end audit.

System and Process Development:

Act as a SAP user and key project member in group reporting updates.
