American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for a full-time faculty position in the Department of Finance at the Assistant Professor level, starting Fall 2027. Candidates with research interests in asset pricing, investments and financial markets are welcome; strong quantitative skills are desirable.

The successful candidate will contribute to research, teaching and service activities. Salary is competitive and tax-free in the UAE, with free housing and paid utilities.

Formación

• PhD in finance from an AACSB-accredited university, preferably North America, by August 2027 start date.
• Significant research potential with papers on track for top-tier journals.
• Ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels.

Responsabilidades

• Advance research in finance and contribute to departmental publications.
