Golden Goose Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our Dubai HQ finance team. The role focuses on processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations while supporting the month-end close.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of AP or accounting experience in the UAE, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, strong MS Excel skills, and fluency in English. The position is based in Dubai and interacts with local and international suppliers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting in UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping, double-entry principles and AP processing workflows
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERPs
• Fluent English required, strong organizational and team skills

Responsabilités

• Receive, verify, and code supplier invoices and retail expenses into the ERP
• Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs with proper approvals
• Monitor balances and allocate incoming payments; follow up on aging receivables
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers
• Support month-end close and accrual reporting for the finance team
• Maintain organized financial archives for audits and controls
