Job description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  1. Cost analysis, scrutiny of resulting variances against the budget, and alignment of the actual performances to the Budget Plan by working alongside concerned departments.
  2. Annual Operating Expenses (OPEX) Budgeting. Provide the Department Heads material facts and figures to plan and budget the operational costs.
  3. Cost Control. Gatekeeper for all related Purchase Requisitions. Ensure that the approved Purchase Requisitions are in line with budgets.
  4. Provides Senior Management with information pertaining to Monthly Consolidated Revenues Performance, prepares Monthly Department Review PPTs & Quarterly Performance Contracts Reconciliation, Quarterly (Finance led) Revenue Forecasts and EBITDA.
  5. Pre and Post - Margin Analysis for Events; support Sales Team on commercial bids.
  6. Support Annual Pricing exercise.
  7. CAFM report reviews and FM Departments Operational performance analysis.
  8. Support Annual Preventive maintenance plan.
