Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting and diagnostics on material handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults accurately and recommend effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ensure minimal repeat repairs by completing jobs right the first time.
• Proactively identify potential issues during servicing and repair activities.
• Follow service manuals, checklists and best practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Maintain clear communication with the Service Supervisor on repairs and job progress.
• Deliver both workshop and field service support as required.
