Job summary

Weatherford is seeking a hands-on Field Operator I to join our Oil & Energy team. You will operate Weatherford equipment, conduct functional tests, inspections, and support daily field activities with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to work long hours, and willingness to travel to well sites; effective communication in English and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong commitment to Quality, Health & Safety, Security, and Environmental protection.
• Adhere to Weatherford's policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Place Practices, participating in daily operations, safety meetings, and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment, following specific work instructions and adhering to training and competence levels.
• Demonstrate proficiency in maintenance processes, including unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing necessary documentation.
