Job Objective

The Technical Assistant is part of Falcon Eye on‑site operational support team and supports customer’s daily operations and maintenance on MINDS Falcon Eye system activities. He/she is also the local point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT subjects and is located full‑time at customers’ premises.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Technical and operational on‑site support to the UAE AF
  • Point of contact for UAE AF regarding IMINT
  • TSIX representative towards UAE AF IAC team and globally DISA for MINDS related subjects (SLA, enhancements, MINDS roadmap)
  • Support to UAE AF IAC on the job training
  • Support to IAC and globally DISA proposal definition
  • Preparation and coordination of on‑site interventions
  • Contribution to the promotion of MINDS among UAE by supporting factory teams, performing demo when requested, contributing to dedicated meetings with customer

Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements
