The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical Engineering, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is willing to travel globally. This role includes providing 24/7 emergency services and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with practical experience.
  • Experience in servicing, troubleshooting, and installation.
  • Willingness to travel globally.

  • Computer literacy for effective task completion.

Responsibilities

  • Perform service activities per company policies.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot service issues.
  • Assist senior technicians and managers.
  • Provide 24/7 on-call emergency services.
  • Complete paperwork timely and accurately.
  • Compile ad-hoc project reports.
  • Maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and evaluations.
  • Promote safety and investigate incidents.
  • Communicate project status to management.
  • Track company assets on site.

Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues.
  • Provide assistance to senior technicians and field service manager
  • Provide 24/7 on-call emergency services as required.
  • Timely and accurate completion of paperwork including field service reports, timecards and expense reports.
  • To compile any other ad-hoc reports that may rise time to time project based.
  • Maintains and develops project documentation, and reports.
  • Preform equipment inspections and provide technical evaluations and solution.
  • Promote an active safety environment and facilitate in investigating safety incidents.
  • Communicate project status to managers and department head.
  • Report directly to the Field Service Manager or his delegate during his absence.
  • Track company asset on sites and assure it is maintained as per agreement with the contractors or the concern party engaged.
  • Fully comply and adhere to company policies, procedures, memorandums, instructions and region circulars.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should possess a Degree Electrical Engineering or a highly related field with experience in servicing, troubleshooting and installation
  • Must be willing to travel globally
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use hardware and software tools to effectively complete jobs and tasks
