Job summary

Atlas Copco Middle East FZE in Dubai seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver high-quality service and technical support for turbo compressors and expanders across the MEA region and Pakistan. You will lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and service order execution while training customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in servicing, maintaining, and repairing rotating equipment.
• Technical knowledge of turbo machinery systems (mechanics, hydraulics, lubrication, seals).
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, inspections, and major overhauls on turbomachinery.
• Execute field service activities, including planning work scopes, manpower, and schedules.
• Develop RAMS, ITCPs, and technical service reports; provide recommendations on upgrades.
• Provide on-site training and technical guidance to customer personnel.
• Travel extensively across MEA and Pakistan to support installations and service tasks.
