We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Representative to manage our car sales.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients (Sellers and buyers).
  • Present car features and demonstrate (test drive) during field viewings.
  • Work closely with finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfer.
  • Identify customer's needs before making recommendations.
  • Assist clients with queries via phone and email during viewings.
  • Understand the motors market and its audiences.
  • Follow up with buyers and sellers to improve the closing ratio.
  • Promote various models as per buyers' interests.
  • Understand, explain inspection report, vehicle condition, service, warranty, and history.
  • Share inspection report with buyers.
  • Update viewings and add comments on the system accurately and on time.

A fast paced, high performing team in a multicultural environment with over 50 nationalities.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience as a field representative/account manager in UAE (preferred in motors industry).
  • Experience using CRM software/apps (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong closing skills.
  • Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Well‑versed in customer services and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to drive to meet new and existing clients.
