Job summary

Al Boom Marine (ABM) is seeking a Field Merchandiser to represent Insta360 across assigned retail partners in the UAE. You will ensure products are displayed, priced, and ready for demonstrations while supporting retailer staff and reporting store feedback to the Tech business team.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple store locations with a focus on brand standards and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and mobile reporting tools.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising standards and visual display guidelines across assigned stores.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, tagged, and organized.
• Maintain clean, attractive, and customer-friendly product presentations.
• Implement promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
• Monitor competitors merchandising activities and market trends.
• Follow approved planograms and shelf-position guidelines across assigned stores.
• Keep display and demo units clean, secure and correctly labelled with current prices and promotions.
• Identify ways to improve product visibility and recommend them to the Business Manager - Tech.
• Support store teams in maximizing product visibility and sales opportunities.
• Prepare periodic merchandising activity reports.
