Job summary

TotalEnergies in the TEMME region seeks a Lubricants Technical Services specialist in Dubai to engage with customers, understand their needs, and propose tailored lubrication solutions across cement, steel and mining sectors.

You will perform equipment inspections, lead field trials, carry out lube audits, and develop innovative reliability solutions while collaborating with sales, service teams and distributors to improve equipment uptime and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Chemical.
Extensive knowledge in lubricants and related testing.
Proficient in thermography, vibration and lubricant analysis.
Experience in equipment inspection and lubrication programs.

Responsibilities

Drive technical services with regular customer site visits to tailor solutions.
Perform inspections of equipment at key customer sites in Cement, Steel, and Mining.
Conduct field trials to demonstrate premium and new products using a TCO approach.
Carry out lube audits and value-added services at customer premises.
Develop and introduce reliability solutions aligned with customer needs.
