Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry‑leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical‑based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical‑based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and deliver tailored Structured cabling network solutions for Data Centers and LAN environments across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand needs and propose solutions that make a difference.
  • Prepare technical documentation—network architecture, BOMs, compliance statements, and schematics.
  • Lead training and workshops, sharing your expertise with customers and partners.
  • Provide hands‑on technical support, troubleshooting, and system installation guidance.
  • Influence product development by sharing feedback and driving innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Telecom, Data Center, or Structured Cabling design and engineering.
  • Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Strong Structured cabling network design experience (Data Center, OSP, LAN).
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Agile mindset—comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong English and French proficiency (Arabic or German is a plus).
Bonus Points For
  • Hands‑on troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Pre‑sales experience and familiarity with international standards.
  • Certifications like RCDD, DCDC, CNIDP, or PMP.
