Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border business development.
• Strong understanding of local PSPs, card schemes, and payment ecosystem players in APAC.
• Interest in the crypto space and willingness to learn about new paradigms in finance.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize direct partnerships with global and local financial institutions.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes including due diligence and commercial negotiations.
• Support the development of country-level strategic roadmaps.
