Apt Resources is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager (Leisure) for a prestigious 4-star deluxe hotel in Dubai. As a Sales Manager (Leisure), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive leisure sales and increase revenue for the hotel. You will manage a team of sales representatives, establish and maintain relationships with leisure travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients, and actively promote the hotel's leisure offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve leisure sales targets and generate new business.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with leisure travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to increase sales and drive revenue.
  • Promote the hotel's leisure offerings through various channels such as trade shows, sales presentations, and familiarization trips.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Requirements

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experiences:

  • Should have a related degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry in UAE.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, takes the initiative, has a hospitality attitude, and commendable work ethic.
  • Previous Middle East experience is essential.
  • A good command of written and spoken English is a must.
  • The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the nature of the hotel business.
  • Understands how the hotel business runs.
  • Displays a clear understanding of the market.
  • Has strong relationships with DMCs as well as International tour operators.
  • Establishes effective relationships with internal & external customers.
  • Understands and anticipates customer’s needs.
  • Must be based in UAE.
  • Valid UAE Driver's License is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Basic Monthly Salary: AED 6000
  • Monthly Telephone Allowance: AED 500
  • Monthly Transportation Allowance: AED 2000
  • Duty meal
