Job summary

Client of Fitstaff in Dubai, UAE, seeks qualified Female Personal Trainers to join a high-energy, community-driven gym. Deliver personalised one-on-one sessions, build member relationships, and coach clients to achieve measurable results.

Base salary AED 4,500 per month for the first 3 months with a 50/50 commission split on all sessions. After 3 months, AED 150 per session for the first 40 sessions and 60% commission thereafter. Visa and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of personal training experience.
• Recognised personal training qualification minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent.
• Confident knowledgeable and approachable with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others transform their lives.
• Energetic professional and community-minded personality.
• Currently based in the UAE local hires strongly preferred.
