Job summary

JobLeader in Sharjah is seeking a Female Construction Manager to lead large-scale projects from planning through completion. You will develop schedules, budgets and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and safety teams to ensure timely delivery.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have at least five years of experience managing construction programs. Strong leadership, communication and safety knowledge are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Salary: 1200$ per month
