Job summary

Woopel in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Merchandiser to plan, develop, and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability in our fashion retail store. You will collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to ensure visually appealing displays, optimal stock levels, and brand-consistent presentations.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field, 2+ years of merchandising experience, and strong retail math skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in the fashion retail industry.
• Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product placement and inventory levels.
