Our client is a well established Family Office in Dubai whichis seeking a Legal & Finance Associate to support the smooth daily operations. The role ensures strong controls, accurate documentation, and timely execution across legal, financial and administrative workflows. You will coordinate with banks, lawyers and investment platforms while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Legal & Compliance
  • Review legal documents and coordinate with external counsel.
  • Maintain updated records for properties, licenses, contracts and corporate documents.
  • Support regulatory submissions and required reporting.
Accounting & Payments & Administration
  • Prepare and execute payments for properties, investments and service providers.
  • Monitor expenses, reconcile statements and keep full audit‑supporting documentation.
  • Update financial information across banking and investment platforms.
  • Handle administrative tasks on investment systems and maintain accurate portfolio records.
  • Coordinate update calls with banks and companies.
  • Manage documentation for new investments and liaise with external advisors.
  • Oversee onboarding of new accounts and service providers.
  • Organise and maintain operational records and registers.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending items and collaborate with internal Finance, Legal and Treasury teams.
  • Support general administrative tasks during quieter periods.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 3–5 years’ experience in legal, accounting or administrative roles.
  • Strong understanding of English common law principles.
  • Solid UAE work experience and knowledge of property, banking and licensing processes.
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and organisational discipline.
  • Familiarity with international tax concepts (not required at expert level).
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Reports to Group Finance with Family Office tasks taking priority.
