Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist with a strong background and interest in endocrinology and chronic disease management. The ideal candidate will join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of integrated patientcentric care primarily focused on diabetes obesity thyroid disorders and other endocrine conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical care across all age groups with a primary focus on managing endocrine and metabolic conditions.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases including but not limited to Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes obesity thyroid disorders PCOS and lipid abnormalities.
• Collaborate closely with endocrinologists health coaches diabetes educators dietitians and mental health professionals as part of an integrated care team.
• Utilize remote monitoring and digital health platforms to continuously engage with and manage patients outside the clinic setting.
• Develop personalized care plans that address both medical and lifestyle components of chronic disease management.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive care disease selfmanagement and behavioral change.
• Document all clinical interactions thoroughly and accurately in the electronic medical records system.
• Participate in internal case discussions clinical audits and continuous improvement programs.
• Stay current with the latest clinical guidelines research and innovations in family medicine and endocrinology.

Understand follow and support all hospital infection control programs

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in Family Medicine (e.g. Arab Board CCFP MRCGP American Board or equivalent).
• DHA Specialist License or Eligibility Letter in Family Medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience postspecialization in the UAE.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in managing endocrine and metabolic conditions is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary or digital healthenabled care model is a plus.
• Excellent clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
