Job Summary: Batterjee Medical College (BMC) Dubai Branch is seeking dynamic and experienced faculty members in the field of Mathematics to join our Preparatory Year Program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching research academic advising and community service and contribute to the continuous academic development of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver highquality Mathematics lectures to preparatory year students using studentcentered and innovative teaching methods.
• Develop and implement assessment tools that align with learning outcomes and support student success.
• Conduct highimpact research and publish in reputable peerreviewed journals both regionally and internationally.
• Provide academic advising and mentoring to students supporting their academic progression.
• Engage in curriculum design continuous improvement and outcomebased education practices.
• Contribute to community outreach and institutional development initiatives.
• Participate in department and collegelevel committees and quality assurance processes.
• Stay current in the discipline through research professional development and scholarly activity.
• Perform any additional academic responsibilities assigned by the Head of the Program.

Education

• Ph.D. or Master s degree in Mathematics from an accredited and reputable university.
• Additional training in teaching methodologies or higher education instruction is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years fulltime teaching experience in undergraduate or preparatory programs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in scholarly research and publication.
• Experience in using digital tools dashboards or LMS platforms for teaching and assessment.
• Background in handling academic and program coordination responsibilities is desirable.
