Job summary

Want More in Dubai is seeking a Facility Helper for our Jabal-Ali site to assist with daily maintenance and cleaning tasks. The role requires reliability and physical fitness, with on-site accommodation provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include cleaning, minor repairs, setting up for events, stocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs to supervisors. No English is required for this position, and safety procedures must be followed at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in similar role would be helpful.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, wrench).
• Familiarity with safety procedures when working with hazardous materials or equipment is essential.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg occasionally; must be physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Clean the facility: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, polishing furniture.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs).
• Move furniture or equipment as needed.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for events at the facility.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment by following safety rules.
• Ensure areas are stocked with supplies and report needs to supervisors.
