Qualifications

• Prior UAE experience in Building Maintenance field with a valid UAE Driving License.
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and provide estimation reports.
• Responsible for property maintenance including building repairs.
• Manage and supervise the operation team.
• Monitor purchasing of service supplies and equipment.
• Prepare facilities maintenance schedules.
• Prepare periodic site reports for Facilities Management activities.
