Job summary

The Foreman - Facility Management oversees day-to-day maintenance across MEP and civil disciplines within residential, commercial, and mixed-use facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure preventive and corrective work is completed on time, and maintain high service quality in line with SLA/KPI requirements.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma/ITI in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC, 2–3 years in supervision, and strong knowledge of MEP systems with CAFM/work order familiarity.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Air Conditioning or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
• Experience in residential, commercial, high-rise, government or mixed-use facilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility maintenance practices.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary maintenance teams and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities carried out by MEP and civil technicians.
• Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely closure within agreed response times.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Lead, guide, and motivate maintenance technicians and provide on-the-job training.
