Job summary

A leading digital services company in Dubai is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations across retail stores. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, particularly within the retail sector, and holds a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field. Responsibilities include managing maintenance activities, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety regulations. The role requires a valid UAE driving license and offers a dynamic working environment focused on efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of managing multiple sites and handling vendor relationships.
• Valid UAE Driving license is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned retail stores.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety equipment.
• Liaise with third-party service providers for cleaning, pest control, waste management, and other facilities services.
