A facilities management company is seeking a qualified candidate responsible for site inspections and overseeing performance standards of FM services. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, focusing on landscaping and civil works. Strong multitasking and communication skills in English are essential. This role includes scheduling inspections and supporting CAPEX projects.
The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure performance standards & procedures of FM Services provider’s performance is in line with FM contract scope of work. The role holder is responsible for scheduling inspections and generating WOs for deviations notices. Report generation for on compliance status and reporting the same to site manager on timely manner is one of the key functions of this role. Support FM team with civil and landscaping CAPEX projects scoping, tendering, project execution and snagging.
50% experience in landscaping (mainly preparation of scope, managing projects, reviewing design, managed AMC, managing quality of services etc.,)
40% civil related works (mainly building look and feel enhancement, understanding the needs, understanding the SLA, developing scope for civil related to enhancement project etc.,)
