Job summary

A leading employment services company is seeking a Façade Sr. Project Manager in Dubai. This role involves reviewing contracts, coordinating with design teams, and ensuring project specifications. Candidates must hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have at least 5 years of experience in the Façade industry in the GCC, and possess deep knowledge of steel structures and façade systems. Competitive salary offered up to 18K AED based on experience.

Qualifications

• Open to Asian nationals, male only; must be 40 years old and below.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Façade industry.
• Experience as a Senior Project Manager in the GCC.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Review contract, specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine construction methods.
• Coordinate with Design/Technical team on shop drawings, structural calculations, and material submittals.
• Assess design feasibility, suggest modifications, and ensure alignment with customer specs and production limits.
• Support Quality team in preparing MIR/WIR, test plans, QC procedures, and method statements for fabrication and installation.

Qualifications

• Open to Asian nationals, 40 years old and below, Male only; Must have valid UAE DL
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in the Façade industry as a Senior Project Manager in GCC experience
• Deep knowledge of steel structures, façade systems, stick systems, unitized curtain walls, cladding, doors, windows, canopy, pergola, handrail and glazing etc.
