Job summary

Inventure Metal Products Industries LLC is seeking a Facade Safety Lead to develop and implement comprehensive facade safety plans in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure compliance with building codes, oversee site inspections, and coordinate third-party testing to safeguard building envelopes.

Applicants should have a Civil/Structural Engineering background, CSP or CIOSH certifications, and 5–7 years of construction safety experience focusing on facade systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• CSP (Certified Safety Professional) and CIOSH (Chartered Institute of Occupational Safety and Health), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in construction safety, with a significant focus on facade engineering or building envelope systems.
• Proven experience in managing safety on large-scale construction projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of facade-specific risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive facade safety plans ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
• Conduct rigorous site inspections and risk assessments specifically focused on facade integrity, identifying potential hazards before they escalated.
• Oversee the safe execution of all facade-related works, including installation, maintenance, repairs and demolition, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage and coordinate third-party facade inspections and testing, verifying the structural soundness and weather-proofing of building envelopes.
