Job summary

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Sr. QA/QC Engineer – Façade in Dubai, UAE. The role requires strong QA/QC expertise in façade, curtain wall and glazing within construction projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Mechanical Engineering degree, ISO 9001 knowledge, and a track record of managing inspections, NCRs and ITPs on high-rise or large-scale buildings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• QA/QC, ISO 9001 certification advantageous.
• Senior-level experience in façade, curtain wall and glazing projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for façade, curtain wall, glazing and cladding.
• Inspect incoming façade materials and verify compliance with specifications and submittals.
• Conduct inspections of façade installation per ITPs and project QA requirements.
• Review shop drawings, specifications and approved samples before inspection.
• Raise NCRs and manage corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and teams for inspection requests and approvals.
• Monitor façade testing including water-tightness and air-tightness.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and handover records.
