Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience as a storekeeper in F&B or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food storage, HACCP, and inventory procedures.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Physically able to handle stock movement and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receive all F&B deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO and food safety standards.
• Issue materials and ingredients based on approved requests.
• Update inventory records and daily consumption sheets.
• Conduct regular stock counts for inventory reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement.
• Ensure proper labeling and safe handling of all food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and temperature logs in storage areas.
• Prevent wastage, spoilage, and theft through strict control procedures.

Skills

Experience as a storekeeper in F&B or hospitality
