Job summary

Aloft Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Expert to join our team in Dubai. You will engage with guests, assist with dining services, and ensure a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You will work with the kitchen and service teams, maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance, and follow all policies to ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, take orders and serve meals and beverages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and uniform appearance; follow policies and procedures.
• Move, lift, and carry items as needed (up to 25 pounds without assistance, 50 pounds with assistance).

Doing all these things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) is critical for Guest Service Experts – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.
